Returns & Exchanges

Broadway Merchandise Shop by Creative Goods wants you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including the packing slip and the assigned RA number written clearly on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
